Product questions
How the mechanics work.
Does Aurix require extra hardware?
No. The desktop agent runs on the existing point-of-sale computer and uses its connected microphone.
What happens between the microphone and dashboard?
Aurix receives short voice chunks, transcribes them, attaches branch and station context, then extracts structured signals.
Does Aurix store the original audio?
Audio retention is configurable per workspace. Transcripts and extracted insights remain available according to your settings.
Can it understand Arabic dialects?
Yes. Aurix is designed for Arabic retail speech, including Levantine and Gulf dialects, and also supports English.
What does the team actually see?
A searchable transcript plus products mentioned, customer sentiment, common questions, and branch context.
